- COnsidered to be a second run house, pictures were usually at least 2 months old.
I worked at the Lyric 1944 while in high school & college.It was originally a nickolodeon priot to sound and was a 2nd run house. Bookings were thru Shea Theatres owners of the State, Strand, Palace and Crown. Owner was Mrs. Merchant.
